Tasting Notes
Nose: Buttery at first, before a helping of green apple and ripe pear arrives. Subtly smoky, with a touch of coastal salinity tucked away.
Palate: Tangy tropical fruit (think mango and pineapple), blending with soft hints of heather honey and drying smoke.
Finish: Cinnamon cookies, a kick of peppery barley and some juicy peach.
