Hints of dried fig and date, soft sherry and a hint of oak. Sweet, creamy and honeyed, with notes of Manuka honey.
Full and rich with notes of berry fruits, and butter on granary toast, and honey. More sherry, caramel and toasted almond.
Spicy, dry with a hint of cocoa.

Edradour
Near the Edradour distillery lie the ruins of the Lindores Ruins. This is the birthplace of Aquavite (water of life) that later became the Whisky we know. Edradour is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland.
